Archer, Jeffrey
15 kwietnia 1940 Brytyjski polityk, jeden z najpopularniejszych obecnie pisarzy na świecie. W 1992 roku otrzymał tytuł szlachecki, zasiadał też jako poseł w Izbie Gmin i w Izbie Lordów. W 1963 roku reprezentował Wielką Brytanię w biegu na 100 metrów. W latach 1969-74 zasiadał w Izbie Gmin. Od września 1985 roku do października 1986 roku wiceprzewodniczący Partii Konserwatywnej. W 1992 otrzymał tytuł para dożywotniego. Kandydował na burmistrza Londynu, jednak musiał wycofać swoją kandydaturę, gdy udowodniono mu krzywoprzysięstwo - został skazany na trzy lata więzienia. [>>]
